Refund policy

Thank you for choosing CottonDrop Inc! We understand that sometimes things don't turn out quite as expected, resulting in the return or refund of products. Please review our Returns Policy for details of our procedures and guidelines.

1. Refunds and Exchanges: At CottonDrop, we take pride in manufacturing DTF transfers that are customized for you and your customers. As our products and services are so highly personalized, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we wholeheartedly accept returns or exchanges for the following scenario:

  • Misprinted transfers: If you receive a product that has been misprinted, flawed, or defective, please contact our team at orders@cottondrop.com within 14 days from the date your receive the product. We request that you provide your order number, a brief description of the error/flaw, and include a photo of the faulty product. If approved, we will arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. 

2. Tolerances: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are within the following standard tolerances:

  • Print Dimensions: A tolerance of ±0.5 inches.
  • Print Placement: If you utilize our pressing services, please be aware that print placement measurements are considered acceptable when within ±1.5 inches (both vertically and horizontally). Print placement can vary based on the shirt and print size.

3. Return Timeframe: Returns for exchange or store credit must be requested within 14 days from the date your receive the product.

4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for products being returned without prior approval from CottonDrop will be paid by the returnee. We will not reimburse shipping charges.

5. Customer Responsibility:

  • Design Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing your designs for accuracy, and correcting any errors prior to placing your order. To maintain our competitive pricing, short processing timeframes, and pass on savings in labor costs to our customers, we do not proof documents created by customers before processing. Orders that are approved and paid for by the customer are considered authorized for production. Any alterations requested after this point are not guaranteed to be processed.

  • File Responsibility: We hold no liability for incorrect files/colors sent to us.
