Ordering
How do I start a sheet?
Upload a print-ready PNG, or nest designs in the auto-builder. Sheets start at $12.
Do you print same-day?
Yes, if you order by 1pm CST, Monday–Friday.
Where are the sheets printed?
In-house in Baton Rouge, on our own printers. We don’t farm the print out.
How wide are the sheets?
22.8 inches. Length is up to you in the builder or on the file you upload.
Can I order a sheet longer than 10 feet?
Add multiple 120" sheets to the order. We cap a single sheet so we can check quality as we print and keep waste down if something goes wrong.
Do you press garments?
No. We print the sheet. You press it.
Files & color
What file do you need?
A print-ready PNG at 300 DPI, 22.8" wide.
Will the printed colors match my screen?
We print CMYK. Most files are RGB, so color can shift a little. We get as close as we can. Neons need special ink we don’t run.
Can you print metallic, neon, or puff?
No. We don’t carry those inks.
Can you color match?
No. Every DTF setup prints a little differently, and changing one color moves the rest of the print.
Pressing
What is DTF?
Direct-to-film. We print your art on film. You press that transfer onto the garment with heat and pressure.
How do I press a sheet?
Hot peel. Pre-press the garment, press 5 seconds at 284°F and about 50 PSI, peel hot, then post-press.
Which heat press should I use?
No smaller than 15"×15". 16"×20" is a solid shop size. It needs even heat and about 50 PSI. Less pressure and prints can wrinkle or peel.
Why did the transfer rip when I peeled?
Usually temperature, time, or pressure is off — or you peeled when it was warm. Peel hot or fully cold, not in between.
Why is the print fading, wrinkling, or peeling after a few washes?
If they washed cold and tumbled cold, it shouldn’t fail that fast. Wrinkle or peel is usually not enough pressure, or skipping the pre-press and post-press. If the color washed out, tell us and we’ll replace the sheet.
